2. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms

Blue Jug NBTX offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions.

• Program Description: By opting into the Program, you agree to receive promotional and transactional mobile messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Blue Jug NBTX. Messages may include store updates, alerts about water quality, flash sales, and loyalty rewards.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive periodic messages based on your interaction with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
